Both these organizations have registered individual first information reports against the suspended officer.
Lookout notices have been forwarded to airports, railway stations, and bus stations apart from police department. While ED officials had found newly issued currency notes of Rs 2000 denomination amounting to several crores of rupees, ACB too had raided the spot later and unearthed unaccounted wealth. Chikkarayappa, who was suspended, has gone missing, and officials believe he might be hiding in his estate at Mysuru.
