London, Nov 15 (IANS): Former Valencia coach Gary Neville has hinted that he will not manage a football team again.
Neville, 41, who currently works as commentator for the Britain-based Sky Sports, led Valencia in his first experience as head coach for just under four months between December 2, 2015 and March 30, 2016, reports Efe.
"I don't think I will go back into management. But what I learnt in Valencia was how crucial the relationship with the players is," Neville said at the Oxford Union on Monday.
"The language barrier was huge at Valencia. I couldn't communicate without a translator, but I don't think I could have done more," said the former Manchester United footballer, who led 28 games at Mestalla with a record of 20 wins, 7 draws and 11 losses, With 39 goals in favour and 38 against.
Neville also said the English Premier League is the most exciting league, but La Liga is the best one.
