New Delhi, Dec 11(mb): With his contract with the Percept Talent Management Agency expiring Tuesday, Indian cricket's hot property Yuvraj Singh is all set to ink a brand new deal with Globosport, the sports marketing agency run by tennis ace Mahesh Bhupathi.

Yuvraj, the vice captain of the Indian ODI and Twenty20 squads, has just won his courtroom battle with Percept and the Bombay High Court has granted him the freedom to join any company once his current contract expires.

Talking to PTI, Globosport vice president Anirban Das Blah, however, refused to disclose details about any impending deal and said he had no specific announcement to make before Yuvraj's current contract expired.

"Yuvraj has an existing contract till December 11 and before that, we can't make any offer, nor can we go into any negotiation," he said.

Blah, however, admitted Globosport's interest in the dashing youngster and said, "Well, we believe he is going to be as big a brand as Sachin Tendulkar."

Yuvraj had signed a four-year contract with Percept and has been reportedly in talks with Globosport.

Alarmed by the prospect of losing the dashing left-hander, Percept jad moved the Bombay High Court, demanding it had the first right of refusal while negotiating with a third-party offer but Justice DY Chandrachud dismissed its arbitration petition.

Though Globosport has been coy about the minimum guaranteed sum it would offer to the cricketer, Bhupathi has hailed him as a potential threat to Tendulkar's unmatched brand image and pegged the left-hander's value over the next 10 years in the range of Rs 200 crore.
