Mangaluru, Jul 3: "Ayush (Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy) doctors are providing good service to the society. Ayush as a medical practice has its own recognition and relevance in this modern era. This system of medicine has advanced because of the efforts of senior doctors, some of whom are being felicitated today in this meaningful programme.
