Sullia Nov 13: Mangalore-born Hindi cine star and actor Sunil Shetty visited Kukke Subrahmanya temple and offered ‘Ashlesha Bali’ and ‘Shesha Seve’ here on Monday November 12.
Speaking to media persons, Shetty pointed out that in the Hindi film industry, every aspect of film making process has undergone a change, such as story, direction, finance and even emoting. Recollecting his own experience he said “Few years ago I was acting in two to three films (depicting fights) but now the audience is showing an interest in family and entertainer movies not those films that have fights and killings”. He further informed that his film EMI will be released in December, 2007.
Sunil Shetty was accompanied by industrialist Aravind Punja, and both of them partook in the religious rites and ceremony at the temple.
On this occasion the temple priest felicitated Sunil Shetty and offered him a memento, on behalf of the temple administration.
