Mangaluru , Oct 2: Sanathan Sanstha, along with various Hindu outfits, organized a protest against the proposed ban on the organization, near DC office, on Thursday October 1.

Addressing the protest, Mukthananda Swami of Karinje Math, Moodbidri, said, “Unfortunately, in India, we are in the streets demanding not to ban the Santhan Sanstha, a Hindu organization which propagates Hindu spirituality to save the culture of this land.”

He also said that in the present day, the Hindu religion, institutions, and saints are under threat. “Efforts are on to frame the Sanathan Sanstha in the murder of the rationalists. The government should ban those organizations who behead the innocent mercilessly. In the coming days, Hindus should be aware of saving the culture of this land,” added the Swami.

Vijaykumar, Hindu Jana Jagruthi Samithi, said, “When moral values are declining, the Sanstha is doing the work of preserving moral values through spirituality. The organization and activists are facing torture. For every incident, the Sanathan Sanstha is easily targeted. We condemn the ban on a religious organization which is involved in spiritual activities.”

He also criticized the media for hyping the news to create a sensation.

Kumar Malemar of Sri Rama Sene, in his controversial remarks comparing Kalburgi to Kansa, said, “Krishna came and murdered him; Rama will come and murder Professor K S Bhagvan shortly.”

On this occasion, Lakshmish Gabladka and Hindu Mahasabha leader Dharmendra spoke on this occasion.
