Rio de Janeiro, Sep 29 (IANS): Boca Juniors forward Carlos Tevez could rejoin his former club Corinthians next season, according to media reports in Brazil.
The 31-year-old has scored eight goals and created four assists in 12 matches for Boca since his 6.5 million-euro move from Juventus in July, reports Xinhua.
But reports on Monday said the former West Ham, Manchester United and Manchester City star is unhappy that the Buenos Aires outfit are not paying his wages on time.
Corinthians are said to be keen to sign Tevez on loan to boost their chances in next year's Copa Libertadores - South America's premier football club competition.
The Brazilian club's bargaining power is strengthened by the fact they are still owed money from Boca's signing of Nicolas Lodeiro earlier this year.
Tevez remains a fan favourite at Corinthians, where he scored 46 goals from 77 matches in 2005 and 2006.
