Gurgaon, July 16 (IANS): Pastry school Academy of Pastry Arts India along with Hammer publications and Dabon International is organising a Pastry Queen India Championship later this month.
Calling on prospective chefs from all over the country to participate in the competition, the event will be conducted on July 25 and July 26 at the venue of Academy of Pastry Arts here.
With the theme of the competition as 'Art of Dance', it will be judged by a jury of eminent chefs on various parameters and the winner will go on to represent India at the prestigious The Pastry Queen Championship, to be held in Italy on January 23 and 24.
"The Academy focuses on the learning aspect for every individual and believes in refining the skills of the aspiring pastry chefs so that they become professionally sound in the pâtisserie industry and can come at par with their global counterparts," Niklesh Sharma, managing director, Academy of Pastry Arts, said in a statement.
