Panaji, May 18: Former cricketer and Bhartiya Janata Party's MP and star campaigner Navjot Singh Siddhu said here that the forthcoming Goa assembly elections would be a real test for the Goans and it was up to them as to whom they elect finally.
The former cricketer gave one of his best power-packed speeches at Mala Panaji during a public meeting, lacing it as usual with inputs of 'shayari', quotations and anecdotes, not forgetting his inimitable 'Sidhuisms'.
The former cricketer addressed three consecutive public meetings at Pernem, Mapusa and Panaji. He criticized the present Rane Government and said it had failed on all fronts in serving the Goans and giviing them the kind of governance they needed.

Siddhu was appreciative of the work done by the former chief minister Manohar Parrikar and also the north Goa BJP MP Shripad Naik.
