Rio de Janeiro, May 11 (IANS): Internacional could sell former Brazil goalkeeper Dida to their Brazilian Serie A rivals Coritiba, the Porto Alegre football club has said.
The ex-AC Milan stopper has played just one match this year, having been made Internacional's second-choice in goal behind 22-year-old Alisson, reports Xinhua.
"There is a possibility. The question has been raised and we will look into it during the week," Internacional football director Carlos Pellegrini said on Sunday.
Coritiba are still searching for a regular goalkeeper after trading former incumbent Vanderlei to Santos in January.
Dida joined Internacional last year after short spells with Portuguesa and Gremio.
The 41-year-old won 91 caps for Brazil and was a member of the Brazilian squad that won the 2002 World Cup in Japan and South Korea.
