First the professional train thieves try to steal the valuables of passengers with the help of Railway Police or RPF, and when it is not possible then they create this type of problem for passengers.
If Railway Police or RPF are so alert why they have not been able to catch the gang of thieves which operate between Kannur and Kasargod or Karwar and Udupi in Mumbai-Mangaluru-Kerala trains ??
