Nitte, Feb 02: The excitement, the fun, the frolic is all back in NMAM Institute of Technology, NITTE, where the College is all set to host one of its kind state level inter-collegiate cultural and literary mega event ‘Anandotsava - 2015’ from February 5 to 7.

This festival, being an annual event of the institute, is ready to showcase the hidden talents of engineering students from all streams who otherwise spend most of their time in taming machines, typing computer codes, burning circuits and in other academic activities.

About 1000 students from more than 45 engineering colleges, all over the state participating in this summer event, ‘Anandotsava - 15’, is ready to capture the zeal with a total of about 25 events in fine arts, literary arts, performing arts, informals and special events, in three different venues of the campus. All the students and faculty of the institute will take a break from their regular schedule as the celebrations flag off on February 5.

The fest will be inaugurated in the campus by Dr Vishal R, deputy commissioner and district magistrate, Udupi on February 5 at 9.30 am. The function will be presided by N Vinaya Hegde, president, Nitte Education Trust and chancellor, Nitte University. During this occasion, college annual day will also be celebrated.
