Botafogo relegated to Brazil's second division

Rio de Janeiro, Dec 1 (IANS): Botafogo were relegated to the second division of the Brazilian league after the Rio de Janeiro sides lost to Santos 0-2.

Former Brazil striker Leandro Damiao scored twice in the second half to give Santos the win Sunday, reports Xinhua.
