Mangalore, Oct 6: A watchman named Satish (55), who was on duty, in private property, was bitten in the stomach by four unknown youths at the sea ground in Ullal on Monday October 6.
It is learnt that four unknown youths were smoking weed in a private property and were caught in the act by Satish. As Sathish approached them, they bit him in the stomach and brandished the blade threatening to kill him in the fear of getting caught.
The victim has been admitted to Netaji Yellappa Memorial Hospital, Thokkottu. He is recovering from the bite.
