Sharjah: Karaval Milan Sports Fiesta on Nov 28

Sharjah, Sep 22: Karaval Milan will organize 'Karaval Milan Xmas Sports Fiesta' at the picturesque Sharjah Wanderers ground on November 28 this year.

Karaval Milan is an association of various parishioners of Udupi diocese residing in the UAE, well-known for its cultural, sports and charity activities. The association is celebrating 14 years of a successful ‘Milan’.

The main attraction of the event will be a corporate-level cricket tournament at the Sharjah Wanderers on the lush turf grounds.

The cricket tournament will comprise teams of 8 players each and the entry is restricted to the first eight teams only.

The corporate cricket tournament is open to all communities residing in the UAE.

Besides this, women and men's volleyball, women and men's throwball have also been scheduled simultaneously. The volleyball and throwball games will be open to all Christians residing in the UAE.

Karaval Milan has planned the event to be for the entire family. Hence kids will have their games with spot prizes galore; bouncy castle will also be set up for children.

There will also be a barbeque stall with beverages and cold drinks. Lunch will be served to all the sports participants.
