Kuwait, Sep 22: Konkani's widely known music maestro Adrian Gomes from Shirva, who has been instrumental in the success of several mega musical nites in Konkani, Kannada, Tulu, Telugu, Malayalam and Tamil, has released his fourth volume of Konkani music album.

Walter Nandalike, founder of Daijiworld Media group of companies released the album on September 19 during the Gulf Voice of Mangalore Season 4 semi-final in Kuwait.

The album was recorded in Riyan Film Studio, Kochi, where his previous three instrumental volumes had been recorded (in 2002, 2003 and 2008).

A special feature of this album is that the instruments lead guitar, rhythm guitar and saxophone have been played by Adrian's son Alston Gomes who is presently pursuing his 10th standard at Carmel School, Kuwait. The junior Gomes, also an up-and-coming star in Konkani music world, has performed live along with Adrian in several shows including Kuwait, Abu Dhabi and Bangalore.

"The CD consists of popular Goan and Mangalorean melodies. Although I have been giving tributes to Konkani composers, this time the Vol-4 instrumental CD is also a tribute to the great singing legends viz Mohommed Rafi, Lorna and Usha Uthup who have originally sung the songs," says Adrian Gomes.

The CDs are available for sale at all popular locations in Mangalore, Mumbai and Goa, where Konkani CDs/cassettes are normally available. They are also available with Alwyn Sequeira (Melody Master) who can be contacted on 91 9901319646.

For CDs in Kuwait, one may contact Adrian Gomes on 99695644 or email gomesadrian@hotmail.com

An accurate glance Willy and a good piece of advice to the educated people who respect disagree option.

I contemplate the most Holy Crucifixion of our Savior Lord Jesus here. When they came to the place called The Skull, there they crucified Him and the criminals, one on the right and the other on the left. But Jesus was saying, "Father, forgive them for they do not know what they are doing." And they cast lots, dividing up His garments among themselves. And the people stood by, looking on. And even the rulers were sneering at Him, saying, "He saved others let Him save Himself if this is the Christ of God, His Chosen One."…

All disagree people are right now offered in the Holy hands of Jesus to be blessed more. May God bless us all.

Gomes Sir…three cheers and hearty congrats. Willy God bless u too.
