Mangalore, Sep 20: A man was arrested for allegedly peeping into the bathroom of a girls' hostel at Kadri here on Saturday September 20.

The accused, identified as Bhushan (35), a resident of Kuthar near Thokkottu, was arrested by the Kadri police.

It is alleged that Bhushan had climbed on to the hostel roof and was peeping down into the bathroom even as an inmate of the hostel was taking bath. Another girl who noticed him from below raised an alarm, and frightened by her screams, he jumped down in a bid to escape. In the process, he fractured his leg.

The Kadri police arrived at the spot and took him to Wenlock for treatment, after which he was taken to the police station. He would be produced before the judge later in the night, sources said.

Bhushan is said to be coolie worker. He is unmarried.

A case has been registered by Kadri police.

Well the culprit arrested before committing some more crime.Because he is poor he cant go to high court for stay order like that .But when the serious crime like rape committed by some rich, the police will not arrest them and give enough time to get legally scot free. Legality without fair and just is never beneficial to the society

    Do not be silly.
The wheel chair is fine to take patients from ambulance to inside the hospital and vice versa.
If you can donate an automatic, powered wheel chair, we will praise you for your good deed.

Surely this is not on the subject but on the condition of government hospital equipment.

Minister Khadar/anybody who should be concerned - please look at the wheelchair at our government hospital.

Is it really the government is bankrupt or is it display of mismanagement of government hospital equipment.

when I was small I had the same behaviour, when somebody used to take bath I used to peep from upper side of the roof through gap. It was an inner wound within me. when I went for an inner healing session I prayed thoroughly then I was cured.

Can any one in this forum truthfully say they have not tried to peep from up, from down, from behind, from front, from this side and from that side, from behind the door or from behind the house.....
    through the cracks...
He was very very curious as to find out how a female looks like without anything on - he was so curious he could not wait but climb that roof over the bathroom to satisfy his curiosity... he did not mean any harm to any one but got harmed.
Without pain there is not much gain.
    A costly\painful lesson learnt.

Breaking leg is No.1 punishment, Treatment at Wenlock hospital is 2nd punishment and taking to police station is 3rd punishment., so does this peeping tom requires 4th punishment by producing him before the judge.?
