Actress Sonali Bendre's kin killed in Mulbagal accident

Kolar, Sep 17: In an accident which occurred near Halekuppa Gate on Mulbagal-Nangali road on national highway 75 on Tuesday September 16 morning, two of Bollywood actress, Sonali Bendre's relatives lost their lives. The accident occurred when a Hyundai i10 car got involved with a head-on collision with a Tata Sumo vehicle.

Over five persons were injured in the accident.

Kailas Vilas Sonani (35) from Baramati in Pune district, Maharasthra, died on the spot, while Kiran Sonani (40) lost his life at R L Jalappa Hospital. Two others in the ill-fated i10 car, Dadamani and Lenin, were injured. Both of them were admitted into R L Jalappa Hospital, Kolar.

Parvatamma from Mandikal in Mulbagal taluk, Suguna from Bairakoor, Devanahalli Gangadhar, and Babu from Teppanahalli near Bangarpet too got admitted into the said hospital for treatment of their injuries.

A case stands registered in Nangali police station relating to the above accident.
