Kindly provide the source of your claim about beef in vedas ,and the specific Vedic verses and its sanskrith translations word by word from your source!!
Its funny how some people give verses without knowing whether its from genuine/authentic or not, and even you get few bunch of supporters too ..
I think it is beyond your reach to understand the vedic scriptures. I am well aware that you are providing references from manipulated version here and for what purpose.
Let’s all clear their misconception (sanatanis/muslims/etc etc) regarding “BEEF in VEDAS “including anonymous/KSA here.

Rigveda (10/85/13) s, “On the occasion of a girl’s marriage oxen and cows are slaughtered.”
The mantra states that in winter, the rays of sun get weakened and then get strong again in spring. The word used for sun-rays in ‘Go’ which also means cow and hence the mantra can also be translated by making ‘cow’ and not ‘sun-rays’ as the subject. The word used for ‘weakened’ is ‘Hanyate’ which can also mean killing. But if that be so, why would the mantra go further and state in next line (which is deliberately not translated) that in spring, they start regaining their original form. How can a cow killed in winter regain its health in spring? This amply proves how ignorant and biased communists malign Vedas.
Rigveda (6/17/1) states that “Indra used to eat the meat of cow, calf, horse and buffalo.”
Also, there is a word "Gavyam", which are five in numbers according to Aayurved-cow's milk, curd, butter, Mutra and Apashisht. Where does the flesh come into the picture? Mantra clearly says that the king should be well built through Saatvik bhojan like Ghrit, so that he can defend his country and kill the monsters!!

Ok u don’t agree with Vedas.Swami Vivekanada in book The complete work of Swami Vivekananda volume 3 page 174 There was a time in ancient india no Brahmin would remain a Brahmin without eating beef.Same book page 536 he says on ceremonial occasions hindus had to eat beef.he further gives reasons why cow-slaughter was stopped
.Now for political gain they r dividing people on this issue.

On 29th August, I was travelling by Intercity Express from Mangalore to Karwar and our train stopped at Ankola station to give way for a super fast train from the opposite direction. There were several holy cows grazing near the tracks and a few on the tracks. Even though the train was expected to pass in minutes, no one tried to drive away the cows, and the train passed in such frightening speed, running over two cows, one of which instantly died and the other lay struggling and bleeding besides the tracks. The passengers in our train were much distressed to see this sight and our train got green signal to move on.

Simple solution is to allow and encourage the import of beef- there are many US based multinationals dealing with beef from several of the central and South American countries - Global cattle meat Industry is huge - it can supply cheap meat to all hungry stomachs of India. There will be no need to beat any one up for buying or transporting cows.

Cow's milk is not meant for human consumption. It is meant for their calves. Cow does not give milk to you or me . We are actually stealing it. Cows do not drink cow’s milk. Calves stop drinking cow’s milk between the ages of six to eight months. Humans are the only species that drink the milk of another animal. You will never see a kitten drink milk from a goat, or a dog drink milk from a bear.

However, we have been conditioned to think that we must drink milk from cows. We are told that we must drink milk from cows. No adult animal continues to drink milk after they are weaned. We, as humans, drink milk from an adult animal that do not drink their own milk after they reach 7 months of age. Would any adult drink milk from lactating women?

Do you think that will help, I remember a murder case of many year's before and my father was one dealing with it. A gang of people attacked a person, with swords and knives maybe there was some rivalry. As the man was also a rowdy sheeter he retaliated with his knife and the leader of the opposite gang was killed. Others panicked and ran and a case was registered against the rowdy sheeter who had gone into the hiding, and was later arrested. So if you have influence nothing is needed, the cattle will come to your house.

I seriously doubt whether this was the case in previous cattle issues in twin districts that deal the cattle for sale,get the money,ask the trader to come later or night to pick the cattle,in between inform Sanghi goondas to attack them while transporting it waare waaahhhhh...Is there any other better idea than this to make money as well as create communal tension/clash???
