If the truck in Photo #7 is this collision then I would like to point out that the vehicle bear a HR plate indicating it is from Haryana, which conflicts with the article which says the vehicle was registered from Maharashtra

We hear about accidents involving buses and trucks. The department of law and order should seriously consider ordering speed governors to be fitted on all trucks and city buses. An attempt was made some time ago to bring this order into force but there were objections from the bus owners. Now despite all the objections and hurdles, in the interests of the public the suggested action should be implemented thus saving the lives of people.
