Mumbai, Aug 5: Parmeet Sethi is all set to make his comeback in Zoya Akthar's multi-starrer venture 'Dil Dhadakne Do' where he will be seen in a negative role.

Parmeet Sethi is known for his role of Kajol's fiancee in 'Dilwale Dulhaniyan Le Jayenge.' He was last seen in 'Dus Kahaniyan.' He decided to concentrate more on directing films and turned director with 'Badmaash Comapny.' The film which was produced by Yash Raj Films was a moderate success at the box office. He has not announced his next project as a director yet.

The news of his acting comeback was confirmed by his wife Archana Puran Singh. "Yes my husband is part of Zoya's next. He was not worried about the length of the role as it's such a good offer. It will be lovely to see him back on screen. He has put a brake on his acting career when he started writing his directorial debut Badmaash Company," she said.

'Dil Dhadakne Do' is about a dysfunctional Punjabi family. The movie stars Anil Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akthar, Anushka Sharma and Dimple Kapadia in lead roles. The movie is produced by Farhan Akthar and Ritesh Sidwani. It is slated to release on July 5, 2015.
