Mangalore, Jun 23: Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh would deliver a speech addressing Congress party workers at Bajpe Church Hall on Friday (June 23) at 2 pm, according to Rajya Sabha member B Janardhana Poojary. 

In view of the security arrangements, the party workers are requested to assemble at the venue at 1 pm.

The PM is expected to be present at the venue only for 20 minutes before leaving for Bangalore by the special IAF Boeing aircraft.
