Bangalore: Renowned cinematographer Sundarnath Suvarna no more

Bangalore, Dec 10: Popular cinematographer Sundarnath Suvarna breathed his last at his residence at Hanumantnagar on Tuesday December 10 morning. It is said that he was suffering from cancer for some time.
He had worked in more than 150 movies including Arambha, Tiger, Agniparva, Sri Manjunatha, Mussanje Mathu, Chellata, Amritavarshini, Gandugali Kumararama, Kiladi Thatha, Operation Antha, Anuraga Sangama, Lockup death, Golibar, Nammura Mandara Hoove etc as a cinematographer.
He had started his career as a cinematographer for ‘Aparoopada Athithi’.
He was also a film director and had won Kannada Rajyotsava Award in 2013.
His mortal remains will be kept for last respects at 10 am at his residence, as per sources. In the evening the mortal remains will be brought to Mangalore, his hometown, to his residence at Ballalbagh.
