Kuwait, Nov 19: Buntara Sangha Kuwait-2002 organized ‘Karnataka Maithri Family Picnic 2013’ for the people of Karnataka recently at Mishref Garden, Mishref.

It was a fun filled day with lots of games for all age groups. There were team games like Kabaddi, Volleyball, Throwball and individual games like Shot put, Kutti Donne etc. To entertain the kids from the age of 3 years and on, various games were arranged like Ball throwing, Running Race, Sack race, Breaking the pot etc.

An interesting game was presented as the highlight of theevent- photography competition. Anyone could click a photo of the live event on the ground on picnic day and send to the association mail.

The programme was initiated by releasing the balloon with association logo by Organizing Committee. A crowd of around 500 people participated in the event and enjoyed the fulfilled day with an excellent weather. Delicious lunch was provided to the gathered crowd. Many teams grabbed the Cups and medals.

 At the end, raffle draw was arranged followed by prize distribution. The whole program was compared by Anil Shetty Kanakapady.
