Mangalore, Mar 28: Public grievance help line was inaugurated in the Ullal town panchayat on Monday March 27 by panchayat president Dinakar Ullal.
The help line will offer service round the clock even on holidays. People can lodge their complaints by calling up 2462126 at any time of the day. People can also call up to know about the status of their complaint.
In case the in-charge persons do not respond to the complaints, people could contact town panchayat public grievance officer for further enquiry. The complaint could also be lodged through Ullal town panchayat website www.ullaltown.bov.in, said the town panchayat chief executive officer.
