Mangalore, Mar 17: Chief minister H D Kumaraswamy will visit the two coastal districts of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi on Saturday March 18.
He is scheduled to pay a visit to Shri Krishna Math at Udupi at 8.30 in the morning on Saturday, followed by progress assessment meeting at deputy commissioner’s office at 9 am, before inaugurating the newly-built Court Complex at 10 am. From there he will proceed to inaugurate the new ice plant and building built by Fisheries Federation at Malpe port at 11.45. He is also scheduled to participate in the programmes of First Grade College at Barkur near Brahmavar at 1 pm. After the programme at Barkur he will come to the city.
The chief minister will be received at the Maryhill helipad at 2.25 pm. His visit will begin with the release of soundtracks of Koti Chennyya Tulu movie at Town Hall at 3 pm. Soon after the release of the audio cassettes and CDs of Koti Chennayya movie, he will lay foundation to the Court Complex building at 3.15 pm.
He will leave for Bangalore at 4.15 pm by helicopter.
