Lok Sabha debates land acquisition bill

New Delhi, Aug 29 (IANS): The Lok Sabha Thursday started debating the land acquisition and rehabilitation bill that seeks to give fair compensation to those who lose their land.

The bill will replace a law enacted in 1894 during British rule.
