Mangalore: 'Better Homes' property expo brings top developers under one roof

Mangalore, May 18: The city’s largest expo ‘Better Homes’ was inaugurated at TMA Pai Hall on Saturday May 18 with as many as 40 stalls on display.
The two-day property expo on Saturday May 18 and Sunday May 19 was inaugurated by P M A Razak, president of CREDAI along with Pushparaj Jain, president elect of CREDAI, William D’Souza, committee member of CREDAI.
The mega property expo organized jointly by Platform Productions and Impressions Trade Shows, Bangalore witnessed stalls from as many as 25 leading property developers and two bankers.
Property developers like Udbhav Developers, Providence Builders, Land Trades, Rohan Corporation, Vishwas Bava, Menorah Realties, Ace promoters, Abish, Presidency, HAMCO, Bhandary, Shalimar, Godrej, SMR group, Northern Sky, Abhiman and two banks - Corporation Bank and State Bank of India - were part of the expo.
Speaking to Daijiworld, Manjunath, event head from Impressions Trade Shows, informed that the two-day expo is open from 10.30 am to 8 pm and around 4,000 to 5,000 footfalls are expected.
"The expo is a good opportunity for customers to get to know the ongoing project details of leading builders in the city and when it comes to banks, they can avail spot finance approval," he said.
When asked about the marketing strategy adopted for the expo, he said, "To promote the mega property expo, we have advertised in all leading papers, conducted LED road shows, and distributed pamphlets. Customers should take this opportunity to benefit the maximum from top brands."
"This kind of property expo is apt for a fast-growing city like Mangalore," said Pushparaj Jain, "It is a good opportunity for all the builders in the city to get together and even for the customers to make good choice."
Sahil Zaheer from Platform Productions, Anees, marketing head for Platform Productions, Sajil, production head, Titus Noronha among others were present.
