M'lore: District Congress Unit Celebrates 127th Founder’s Day

Mangalore, Dec 28: Dakshina Kannada district congress unit celebrated their 127th founder's day at the district congress office, here, on Friday December 28.

Prior to the stage function, Mayor Gulzar Banu hoisted the flag in front of the congress office.

B Ramanath Rai, Naveen Bhandary, Farook Ullal, H M Ashraf, Ivan D’Souza, Suresh Ballal among many others were present.

Speaking on the occasion, B Ramanath Rai said that the importance of congress is known to all. Congress has always strived to unite the people through social welfare activities for the progress of the country, he added.
