Samajwadi members walked towards the presiding officer's podium shouting slogans against providing quota in job promotions, while the Bahujan Samaj Party members raised slogans in favour.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) members were meanwhile on their feet demanding a debate on FDI in retail.
