New Delhi, Oct 18 (IANS): BJP president Nitin Gadkari Wednesday termed the allegations of corruption levelled against him by India Against Corruption as "baseless" and a "conspiracy by the Congress" and said he was ready for a probe.

"The allegations of land grab against me are baseless," said Gadkari, addressing a press conference just after India Against Corruption leader Arvind Kejriwal and his colleagues accused him of grabbing the land of poor farmers in Maharashtra, as well as of corruption in irrigation projects.

"It is a design to tarnish my image... it is very sad," said Gadkari, adding that it was a "Congress conspiracy".

He said he was always ready for a probe and his conscience was clean.

    Mr. Gadkari, you are as innocent as a new born baby because you belong to BJP. Only Congress is corrupt. You and your team doesn't know to bite even the fingure if pushed into your mouth. What was the amount received by you from ex CM corrupt Yeddy being share of looted mining wealth ?

    Hahahahahahha. Why different yard sticks Mr. Businessman?. All the muck which Kejriwal throws at the congress is truth for you, but when a few specks fall on you, it is a conspiracy. How come your team yesterday was able to answer all questions pertaining to the allegation against you immediately after the so called fixed Kejriwal expose?     The time has come for all people in all political parties to come together and form a association of ...... to prtect themselves from the accusations of people like Kejrival. It is their fundamental right to make money normally, but with super speed if they are in a political party. India is theirs, they can make money in any way they find suitable, loot, plunder, benefit from whatever scheme they announce for themselves. Their should be a law that no political leader can tried and put behind bars for any offence because they are the leaders of people ed by the aam admi.
