Mumbai: Dr Augustine and Grace Pinto Honoured with Education Excellence Award

Mumbai, Sep 25: Dr Augustine F Pinto, founder president of Ryan International Group of Institutions and Madam Grace Pinto, managing director were conferred with Education Excellence Award during the ninth annual general meeting of Christian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI).

The AGM and get-together of CCCI was held at Kohinoor Continental hall in Andheri (East) on Saturday September 22.

Margaret Alva, governor of Rajasthan was the chief guest.

The following are the other beneficiaries who were awarded under different categories: Umen Chacko (Public Service Award), Retired Major General Nevil Rasquina (Civil Service Award), Fr Sedrick Prakash SJ (Social Service Award), Prems Aprain Srampical (Youth Entrepreneur Award), Grace Lobo (Business Woman Award).

The best Teacher Award winners - Jean Moses Gomes and Fr Francis Swami, principal of Holy Family institutions were honored by the governor.

Fr Elias Gonsalves, bishop of Amaravathi was the guest of honor.

Henry Lobo, CCCI working president, Vincent Mathias, founder president, John D’Silva, vice president, Albert W D’Souza, Antony Sequeira, Dr Richard Pereira, other office bearers were present.
