India, Pakistan to Take Forward Dialogue


New Delhi, Jul 5 (IANS): The India and Pakistan foreign secretary level talks have contributed to better understanding between both neighbours and both are determined to take forward the dialogue, Indian Foreign Secretary Ranjan Mathai said on day two of the talks here Thursday.

Both sides also issued a joint statement at the end of their talks.

"The dialogue has contributed to better understanding... relations have to be normalized and we are determined to take forward our dialogue," Mathai said at a joint press conference here today.
