Mangalore, Jun 29: The inaugural ceremony of ‘smart class edurite education system’ in St Aloysius School was held at high school auditorium on Tuesday June 26. The education system was sponsored by the old students of 1977 batch.
Sashi Kishore Patil, old student was the chief guest. The stage programme began with a prayer song and lightning of lamp by chief guest and dignitaries present on the dais.
Fr Edward Rodrigues, headmaster welcomed the gathering. Vinod D’Souza, old student read the report of 77th batch.
In his inaugural address, Kishore Patil said that this project of installing smart class in school was joint efforts made by the old students. He thanked St Aloysius School for all the life values taught over the decades and said that he is grateful to the institution.
Fr Edward Rodrigues thanked all the donors and wished them success in life. Jagath, School SPL proposed vote of thanks and handed over a book to the chief guest with all students signatures.
After the formal stage programme, chief guest inaugurated the Smart Class system in the classroom.
Joseph D’Souza, assistant headmaster, old students David Pais, Gregory Peres, Nitin Shetty, Marthu Pai, Agnel Rodriguess, Vinod D’Souza, David Pedrin, Ganesh Salian, Sunil Rao, Larry Rebello, Ravindra Pai, Sathish Kini among others were present.
