Bangalore : BJP Invites Ambareesh to Join Party

Bangalore, Jun 25 (DHNS) : Speculations were rife in political circles on Sunday that the State BJP has invited cine star Ambareesh to join the party.

The offer is that Ambareesh would be nominated to the Legislative Council and if required given a ministerial berth if he agrees to join the saffron brigade.

Sadananda Gowda is said to have invited Ambareesh, who hails from the Vokkaliga community, for lunch at his official residence “Anugraha” recently.

The party feels that Ambareesh would help the party make inroads in the old Mysore area, a bastion of the Vokkaliga community.

    I advice Ambi not to join BJP right now.You are fine where you are now.If change the party now and join BJP it will be nothing but "banaleyinda benkige"

    Mr.Ambi, dont fall into the prey for DVS who is luring you in the name of caste "Vokkaliga" who himself has a wrong notion and uttered so in public that he in the CM's chair because of Vokkaligas.People of Puttru/Kudla are awiting for a chance to teach him a lesson for his wrong utterings.
