Tragic & sad news. Sometimes I wonder why parents ride a bike with a small child sitting on the petrol tank ?
We as parents are putting our kids at risk.

May this little angels soul rest in peace.

I hope the parents knew much better to ride a bike and KEEP A SAFE DISTANCE FROM THE VEHICLE AHEAD OF YOU.

An innocent young life is lost. The buses have not brake ligts working at times and STOP suddenly to pick up passengers on the way.

    My condolences to the family.
