Udupi: Adarsh Hospital Conducts Free Medical Camp for Police Personnel

Udupi, Jun 19: Adharsh Hospital provided free medical checkups for police personnel and their families on Sunday June 17.

Ten specialist doctors from different discipline provided their services. Dr G S Chandrashekar, MD (heart and diabetic specialist), Dr Prof Raja (neurosurgeon), Dr Mohandas Shetty (bone specialist), Chaya Latha (gynaecologist ), and Ashok Kumar(child specialist).

Udupi sub division superintendent of police M B Boralingaiah inaugurated the camp.

The policemen got free service on ordinary blood examination, sugar, grouping, CCG, urine test, lipids, heart scanning (echo), stress test (TMT), and x-ray.

On a regular basis, a policeman has the option to avail ‘Arogya Bhagya’ with up to Rs 1,00,000 in Medi Claim. This will be an added advantage for the police.

    I am proud of Dr. B.S. Chandrashekar and his wonderful and efficient team of doctors of Adarsh Hospital for conducting free medical check up to the Police Personnel. I was was a patient in this hospital in 2011 and got the best care given to me by all the doctors, nurses and the entire staff.Even after I was discharged I got full treatment after that until my return to New York. I have no more words to praise this hospital and I recommend to all who want good treatment for all.
