Beltangady: Fr Denis Prabhu Inaugurates New Science Block of Sacred Heart PU College

Beltangady, Jun 7: The newly-built Dr Fred V Pereira memorial science block of Sacred Heart Pre-University College, Madantyar, was inaugurated on Wednesday June 6.
 
Mangalore diocesan vicar general Monsignor Denis Moras Prabhu inaugurated and blessed the building on Wednesday morning.

Earlier, a Holy Mass was offered at Sacred Heart parish, Madantyar, by Monsignor Denis Moras Prabhu and Madantyar parish priest and correspondent of Sacred Heart parish, Madantyar, Fr Lawrence Mascarenhas.
 
Local MLA Vasant Bangera, Beltangady parish priest and deanery vicar Fr James D’Souza, and deputy director of pre-university education Rajaveera Indra were the chief guests on the occasion.
 
Mangalore St Joseph Engineering College assistant director Fr Rohit D’Costa, Madantyar parish assistant priest Fr Ronald Pinto, Madantyar parish council vice-president Dr I R Sera, and secretary Blany D’Souza were present on the dais.
 
Nearly 140 donors who contributed towards the cost of new building block were felicitated on the same occasion.
 
Fr Lawrence Mascarenhas welcomed the gathering.  Sacred Heart Pre-University College principal Mathew N H proposed the vote of thanks.

    FR DENIS MORAS PRABHU IS A VERY NICE PRIEST EVERY PRIEST, NUNS LAY PEOPLE LIKE HIM VERY MUCH. I HAVE SEEN SO MANY PEOPLE COMING TO HIM TO SHARE THEIR SORROWS WE WISH THAT HE WOULD BE MANGALORE S ARCHBISHOP.
