Mangalore: Fr Valerian D'Souza Takes Charge as Milagres Parish Priest

Mangalore, Jun 1: Fr Valerian D’Souza, former director, St Joseph Engineering College, Vamanjoor, took charge as parish priest of Milagres from Fr Walter D’Mello, on Thursday May 31. Fr D’Mello will be proceeding to Rome for further studies by the end of June.

Episcopal vicar Fr Stany Goveas, new director of St Joseph Engineering College Fr Jossy Lobo, assistant director Fr Henry Mascarenhas, Catholic Board of Education secretary Fr Wilson D’Souza, Milagres assistant parish priest Fr Anil, Milagres College principal Fr Francis Xavier Gomes, Milagres parish council vice-president Alwyn Rosario, and secretary Gerald Pinto were present on the occasion.
 
Milagres assistant parish priest Fr Santosh Rodrigues compered the programme.
