Honnavar, May 8: To render 24x7 nationwide service to all the people of the Hindu community, Hindu Help Line (HHL) has been launched, informed Dr Praveen Togadia, President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP).
Togadia, addressing the VHP volunteers said that the helpline would help the Hindu community whenever they face troubles in the forms of accidents while travelling, loss in business and natural calamities. The needy can call for help on 02066803300 and 07588682181.
The call centre would immediately pass on the message to the volunteer available at the nearest location. Praveen Kamath has taken this responsibility in the state of Karnataka, Togadia said.
This facility is available to each Hindu individual throughout the country. He further said, "All over Bharat around 25,000 HHL volunteers and around 25,000 service providers are expected to be associated with Hindu Helpline for helping Hindus”.

VHP regional president Prof Venkatesh Veenakar welcomed the gathering. Entrepreneur J T Pai was facilitated. The district unit of VHP honoured Togadia. Bhaskar Prabhu, Bhavana Prabhu, J V Shetty and Hanumanth Shanabhagh were present.
