Nearly 300 Chinese Banned for Life from Driving

Beijing, Apr 24 (IANS): A total of 292 people here in the Chinese capital have been banned for life from driving, a media report said Tuesday.

Four male drivers were recently added to the list of people in Beijing who were banned due to serious traffic violations. This brought the total to 292 since the law came into force in 2004, the China Daily reported.
