Panaji, Jan 24: Emmaus, a counselling centre of the Carmelite fathers of Mapusa, here, will organize a one-day seminar for school teachers on February 3 at Emmaus Counselling Centre, Feira Alta, Mapusa, here on the theme “Identifying the problems of children and counselling techniques.”

The seminar which will be held from 9 am to 4 p.m will be  inaugurated by Dr Peter Castelino, psychiatrist and counsellor. He will also deliver a keynote address. Dr Walter De Sa, principal of Xavier’s College, Mapusa, will be the chief guest for the valedictory function.

The sessions of the seminar will be conducted by Dr Simon Diniz, principal of Rosary College, Navelim and Merlyn Fernandes, a clinical psychologist. Teachers from North Goa will be participating in this seminar. Lunch will be provided.

The Seminar will be organised by Emmaus Counselling Centre with the assistance of Dr Simon Diniz, principal of Rosary College, Navelim.
