Wisconsin, Apr 4: A disturbing video has emerged from a courtroom in Wisconsin showing convicted killer Taylor Schabusiness once again attacking her attorney during a court hearing.

The 27-year-old, who is serving a life sentence without parole for the gruesome 2022 murder of her partner Shad Thyrion, appeared in court on Friday to face fresh charges of battery after allegedly assaulting a prison guard at Taycheedah Correctional Institution.

Footage of the courtroom incident was shared online by X user Collin Rugg, showing Schabusiness lunging at her defense attorney. This is reportedly the second time she has attacked a member of her legal team during court proceedings.

In 2023, Schabusiness made headlines after she brutally assaulted her then-lawyer, Quinn Jolly, during a pre-trial hearing. Deputies had to restrain her after she threw punches and had to be pinned to the floor.

Schabusiness was convicted of first-degree intentional homicide, third-degree sexual assault, and mutilation of a corpse in connection with Thyrion’s murder. The case shocked the nation due to its gruesome details.

According to court documents and media reports, she admitted to choking Thyrion during a methamphetamine-fueled sexual encounter. Later, his severed head was found in a bucket in the basement of his mother's house. Schabusiness reportedly told investigators, “I was sucking and cutting at the same time. I liked it.”

Her chilling confession included graphic descriptions of the murder. Despite claiming at one point that she blacked out, she later confessed to enjoying the act, according to reports from DailyMail and People.

Authorities are now considering further legal action in light of her repeated violent outbursts, both inside and outside prison.
