Beirut, Mar 13: Lebanese Foreign Minister has reiterated that Israel’s withdrawal from occupied territories is crucial for ensuring lasting peace and stability in the region.
Addressing a press conference, the minister emphasized that continued Israeli occupation fuels tensions and hampers diplomatic efforts aimed at de-escalation. "Sustainable peace cannot be achieved without the full withdrawal of Israeli forces from Lebanese and Palestinian territories," he asserted.

He further called on the international community to step up its efforts in holding Israel accountable for violations of sovereignty. "Lebanon remains committed to diplomatic solutions, but the aggression and occupation must come to an end for meaningful progress to be made," he added.
The minister also underscored Lebanon’s commitment to upholding its territorial integrity while advocating for a peaceful resolution in coordination with regional and global stakeholders.
