Bantwal, Mar 3: The mystery surrounding the disappearance of Diganth, a second-year PUC student from Kidebetta in Farangipete, continues to deepen as the police investigation yields no significant leads even after a week.

Diganth went missing on the evening of February 25, and despite ongoing police efforts, his whereabouts remain unknown. On Sunday, the police continued questioning at his college, focusing on his mobile phone messages to trace his movements. While the chat history revealed some critical information, its effectiveness in locating him remains uncertain.

The investigation involves experienced officers with expertise in solving criminal cases. Police sub-inspectors from various stations are gathering information about Diganth from different areas. Authorities are also exploring whether he contacted anyone after his disappearance.

Police sources expressed confidence that a clearer picture of Diganth’s disappearance might emerge within the next couple of days.
