Bantwal, Feb 16: In an unusual incident, parents of students reprimanded two teachers who frequently quarreled over trivial matters at the government school in Kaniyoor, Kanyana village, Bantwal taluk.

The school has 46 students, and the education department had appointed three teachers—headmistress Anita, and teachers Lavina and Sumaiya. Reportedly, there was a rift between headmistress Anita and teacher Sumaiya, leading to frequent arguments between them in the school.

Frustrated by the constant quarrels, students complained to their parents. In response, parents visited the school and confronted the teachers. Education department officials also arrived at the scene, where parents expressed their anger in front of them.

The officials warned the two teachers and cautioned that legal action would be taken if such incidents continued in the future.
