Sharjah, Feb 11: The highly anticipated 'United Kaup Trophy - Season 6' is set to take place on February 16 at the iconic Sharjah International Cricket Stadium, recognized as a Guinness World Record venue. Organized by United Kaup UAE, under the leadership of Shafi and Faizal Kaup, this prestigious tournament continues to bring together top cricketing talent from the UAE’s Karnataka community.

This year, ten competitive teams will battle for the championship title: AL SITARA FRIENDS UDUPI, AMCON, BLITZ WARRIORS, DJS NAVEEN XI CRICKETERS, DONIA BROTHERS, FRIENDS KAUP, KATEEL FRIENDS, NAVACHETHANA FRIENDS, SEA BOYS, and VIDVAR BOYS. With a league-cum-knockout format, each team will play two league matches before advancing to the knockout stage, ensuring an intense competition for both players and spectators.

The tournament offers a grand cash prize of AED 12,000 for the champions and AED 6,000 for the runners-up, alongside a customized crystal trophy from India. To further engage the audience, a spectator raffle draw will take place, making this event an exciting experience for everyone involved.

Over the years, the United Kaup Trophy has witnessed some exceptional champions. The previous titleholders include Heatsheild Kateel (2020), Team Expert (2021), Team Elegant (2022), Kateel Friends (2023), and DJ Naveen XI (2024).
