Car crashes into compound wall in Beltangady; driver fined

Beltangady, Feb 11: A car driver was fined after recklessly driving and crashing into the compound wall of a house near Charmadi on Monday.

A group of youngsters from Bengaluru had travelled to Ujire by car. Among them, Tejas (22) was driving alone towards Charmadi when he collided with multiple vehicles on the way. Noticing that other motorists were following him, he increased his speed, lost control, and crashed into the compound wall of a house near Charmadi.

Beltangady traffic police investigated the incident and imposed a fine on the driver.
