Newly appointed national president of INTUC Port and Dock Workers’ Federation felicitated

Mangaluru, Feb 5: A civic felicitation ceremony was organized by the Nagarika Samiti, Surathkal-Krishnapura, to honor Abubakar Krishnapura on his appointment as the National President of the All India Port and Dock Workers’ Federation (INTUC), Delhi. The event took place at Alia Hall, Seventh Block, Krishnapura, Surathkal.

The ceremony commenced with a dua by senior community leader Al-Haj E K Ibrahim Khazi, who extended his best wishes. Distinguished guests on the dais honoured Abubakar Krishnapura with a civic felicitation.

Prominent attendees included MLC Ivan D’Souza, INTUC national secretary Rakesh Malli, Dakshina Kannada District Waqf Advisory Committee prresident B A Abdul Nasir Lucky Star, HMS Karnataka president Sureshchandra Shetty, former deputy mayor Purushottama Chitrapura, president of Krishnapura seventh block Badriya Jumma Masjid Zakir Hussain, Mangaluru City Corporation members Lakshmi Shekhar Devadiga and Sanshad Abubakar, NMPT Authority trustee Sampath Nayak, senior leader Sharif Haji, Shine Group owner Khuraish, BMR Group owner Dawood, and several others.
