Bantwal: Mass Wedding Marks 50th Death Anniversary of Nithyanand Swami

Bantwal, Jan 2: Under the aegis of the Nithyanand Govind Swami Trust ®, a mass wedding programme was held at Nithyanand Govind Swami Bhajan Mandir, on Sunday January 1, on the occasion of the 50th death anniversary of Nithyanand Swami.
Thousands of people including Mysore Ganeshpuri Nithyanand Ashram Rajayogini Hasan Mataji, Belgaum Bevinakoppa Anandashram Swami Vijayanand, and RSS Pramuk Kaddadka Prabhakar Bhat were present on the occasion.
Thirteen couples got married on the occasion—Dharmesh Samagara of Mugdalgudde – Shweta of B Kasba, Prakash of Arbigge – Chandravati of Arbigudde, Purushottam Mundady – Jayanti Panjikallu, Dayanand Baltila – Jalaja Amtady, Ravi Dharmasthala – Kirti K Amtady, Lingappa B Kasba – Appi Beltangady, Prakash Allipade – Srimati Narikombu, Sudar Paladka – Girija Perne, Madhav Bondala – Chitra Sajipamuda, Rajesh Kelagina Mandady – Shweta Konaje, Ashok Deivagudde – Kamala Puduvettu, Lingappa Moolya Kelagina Mandady – Sumati Arala, and Umesh Arala – Chandravati Kelagina Mandady.
Mumbai entrepreneur Balakrishna Bhandary presided over the programme. Mumbai Devadiga Sangh former president Dharmapal U Devadiga, Thane VHP president Umesh Shetty, entrepreneurs Suresh P Shetty, L V Amin, Balakrishna Puttur and Shankar Shetty Virar, and Air India retired officer Vishwanat Mada were present on the dais.
Nithyanand Swami’s 50th death anniversary committee honorary president Yogish Sapalya and honorary advisor B Sadashiv Bhandary were also present.
Committee president B Dinesh Bhandary welcomed the gathering and president B Nagaraj Shetty delivered the introductory address. H K Nayanadu and Dinesh Amin compered the programme.
